Privacy
How the current site handles information.
This page describes the website as it is currently built. It should be reviewed and completed with the final trading entity, privacy contact and any additional suppliers before public commerce is launched.
Design enquiries
The Design Your Space form can collect a name, email address, postcode, project details and free-text notes. If a design-enquiry webhook is configured, that information is sent to the configured business endpoint. If it is not configured, the site does not pretend to submit the brief and instead offers a copy function in the browser.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 is optional in the codebase and is not loaded unless a measurement ID has been configured and the visitor chooses to allow analytics. If analytics is allowed, page and journey events can be sent to Google Analytics and first-touch source information such as UTM parameters and referrer can be stored for the browser session.
Visitors can choose Essential only. When analytics is configured, the Cookie settings control in the footer can reopen the choice interface.
Essential browser storage
If Shopify commerce is activated, the site stores the Shopify cart identifier in local browser storage so a shopping bag can be restored. The analytics consent choice is also stored locally when analytics is configured. These functions are separate from optional analytics measurement.
Shopify checkout
When verified Shopify products are eventually enabled, checkout is handed to the connected Shopify store. The live Shopify configuration and its own privacy information should be reviewed before public purchasing is switched on.
Before public trading
The final privacy notice still needs the confirmed business identity, privacy contact details, retention rules, any additional processors and the final operational workflows. Those details are deliberately not invented on this pre-launch site.
